About Me

I'm am currently a student at the Culinary Institute of America in Baking and Pastry Arts program. I found a love of working with chocolate at a young age and it continues to be my passion along with petite gateaux and entremets. I love learning new things about my profession and hope to gain as much knowledge as I can about the culinary field.
